If you want to start right away playing the Hammond organ, this video is for you. It is an awesome video for beginners. Basically, the video outlines the main things you need to play the organ. After this video, and of course some practice, you should be playing the organ. The goal is to get you motivated to play, so that you will have the drive to want to continue.
The musicians are local organist out of South Carolina, and are very young. They have been playing for years and have that "down-south gospel vibe." They spell out the chords and display them on the screen as well. This is my number one recommendation for beginners.
